Telephone Related FAQ — The frequently asked questions related to telephone issues.

How To Resolve Telephone Related Issues -
1. Call the 24 Hours Customer Care Numbers of the respective Service Provider. Dont forget to get the complaint number.
2.  If you are not satisfied with the response from Customer Care Please write to the Nodal Officer of the Service Provider. Dont forget to get the Read Receipt if you are writing an email. Send the letters with Under Postal Certificate (UPC) if you are sending the letter by post.
3. If you are not satisfied with the response from Nodal Officer write to TRAI.

Fixed Lines & Broadband Customers can get the rebate in rentals for the faults pending beyond three days.
